"There's Space" is a new venture idea that allow people to part at private drive ways.  Each drive way will have a QR code and a page that allow certain period of time that driveway owner offer for rent.  Using smart phone, QR code or Near Field Communication, the driver can park and pay at the spot (and also remember where he parked!) and the driveway owner have the cell phone number of the car owner.

ThereSpace will use service like paypal and google map to allow payment, ThereSpace will charge 25% of the revenue.
